well, i am planning on machining some 20mm spacers for my e30. I did a rough draft drawing of the part but I don't know all the dimensions. If anyone knows the exact dimensions and could help me out, that would be great. If anyone has a spacer lying around somewhere... measure it for me!
Here are some dimensions I assumed:
Countebore: 57.1mm
Hole pattern: 12mm? 4x100
thickness: in this case 20mm

i need to know the dimensions of the flange on the top... about what thickness should it be and size of outer diameter. I also need to know the maximum OD for the spacer, right now i just have 140mm as an estimate. (I will measure the wheel face later).

i have attached images of a rogh draft (i will smoothen out the minor details later). any help is appreciated.. thanks.

Look on the website for specs, or see if anyone has one, grab a caliper and start measuring..

Yeah Sickfinga pointed out the mistake there with the inner/outer bore diameters. Also, where the flange meets the top surface of the spacer, your missing a radius around the flange.

NX is good, i personally use Autodesk Inventor. PM me if u need help
