hey guys, trying to decide which car to get, they both are about the same price, maybe $500 difference. Km's are pretty much the same, 330ci have about 10,000km more, 325ci has 65000km's.

Both are fully loaded with sport package. So i can't decide, do i get the 325ci which is facelifted, or the 330ci, which has more power.

I'm planning to pick one up by friday, i just can't decide!!!

the facelift is nice because its more up to date...but the 330 has a bit more juice in it...honestly this is a very tough question....but if it was an AW facelift there would be NO contest...what are the colors anyways?

For what purpose are you buying the car? Ask yourself that... Do you realy need the extra power that 330 has or not?

If it is just a daily driver then I'd go for the facelifted model.

Facelift because it costs looks twice the price as a pre facelift.

There both black, and black interior, with the brushed aluminum trim. 330ci has about 75,000km, and the 325ci has about 65,000km. Both has sport package so the clear tails and no orange on the front or side markers. Interior looks identical, both have the sport steering wheel, and exact same options, such as seats. They honestly look identical, other then the facelifted parts

330. if you get problems, i'm sure you'll find info about the 330 faster then the 325, thats what i think.

ok so i just carfax'd both cars, made my decision and it will be the 325ci. 330 looks like its from california, got in an accident last year, car sold in auction and now for sale at the dealership. 325ci, clean record, local car, no accident reported. I perfer the more power of the 330ci, but the fact that it was in a accident, and sold off at a auction right after sounds kinda shady. So wish me luck, gonna go pick it up this week!!!

If you want 330 wait until you find one you like.

A long time ago I was looking to buy a grand prix, found a few nice GTs but ended up waiting for a GTP and it was worth it. Same thing happened with CLK, found 3 320 and waited until I found 430 that I liked..then it was 528/530 - 540 :)

It's always worth the wait, or you can regret later.

m3 > pre facelift coupe > facelift coupe > facelift sedan > prefacelift sedan.

pre-facelift coupes are sexy e46's.

if you think the only good quality about a car is it looking new, go buy an aveo.

Why do you just say all that stuff like its a fact.

You could have just said you like the pre face lift coupes better.

Anyway if i was the OP i would get the 325 CI. I think it looks way better especially if it has the m package. If you care so much about speed and power then go all the way and get an m3, everyone i know with a 330ci wishes they had an m3. Check e46fanatics or even e46toronto, some great prices on low mileage m3s.

Good luck with the new car. If I was you, I would have waited for the right 330ci since you're interested in. Never "settle" on a car. You'll usually regret it (probably will when you line up against a 330 sometime in your life ;) )

i agree i personally think pre facelift 3s ( both sedan and coupe) look better than the face lift

thanks guys for all your input, i dont mind actually the 325i's at all, my first car was a e30 325i, next was a e36 325i, and this will be my first coupe.

So i just found out, the 325ci does not have heated seats. I know its not a huge factor for some, but in calgary, winters are freezing!!

Would you guys buy a 330ci with 1 accident? im gonna call the dealer and find out more info on the accident, hopefully they are honest and tell me all the details.

got some more details on the '03 330ci, california car, accident to the front passenger side, about $8000 worth of damage. He's giving me a better deal then the listed price by about $3000, he said he will send me the inspection report on the car. What do you guys think? buy a car that had $8000 worth of damage?

Numbers can be misleading, who repaired the vehicle? If there was no frame damage and the work was done properly I'd buy it. I'd assume that insurance apid for the repair that's why it was $8000 OR it was a lot of damage in which case I wouldn't buy it no matter how well it was repaired.

hey guys, so i talked to the 03' 330ci dealership, said he can also offer me 4yr extended warranty for 1800. I honestly can't decide, get the 03' 330ci or pay $4000 more for the 04' 325ci. I have to make a decision by thursday, my flight will be on friday morning. Also the 03' 330ci dealership offered to pay for my flight, and said if i dont like the 330, he will pay for the flight back home too. I'm also pretty sure i can buy extended warranty for the '04 325ci for the same price.

i took closer look on the pictures of the 330ci, noticed that the bumper is kinda scratched up. the 325ci is honestly 100% mint.

Another factor is that both of these cars are auto, i know automatic sucks, but need auto so my wife can drive once awhile. So also being automatic, would 330 perform much worse then manual? please help!! goin insane!!
