Selling... for the right price, DINAN carbon fibre cold air intake for E36 OBD 2, can also be used on obd 1 cars but you will have to alternatively mount the air flow sensor form the airbox. This is a COMPLETE kit in EXCELLENT condition, with everything as it comes new from Dinan; heat sheild, clamps, even the filter sock the only thing I don' t have is the original box. I would love to keep this however I have just added zkw's and the intake tube will not clear the light housing. I am looking for $350. PM or message me here if you are SERIOUSLY interested.

Seeing at night it overrated, keep it.

Kidding, but I have the same CF intake (OBD1) and it sounds insane. For anyone curious, watch this video (stock exhaust): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uNEr4MG5_h8

Thanks... I think???
It does sound great tho, especially at WOT. I'm a little reluctant to sell this, but I'd prefer to see the road at night with the new headlights!

you could keep the intake.... I had zkws with HID's and the dinan intake currently on my M3, it fit if you are partial to taking a dremel and filing a small bit off the back of this knob which is behind the low beam area (which you could always get again later).
When I mean a small bit dremelled off the back, it really is not a lot..... just letting you know.... you cant reuse the mounting bracket but it doesnt really matter.

Hey Daydream///m3 thanks for the FYI. I took the intake out when i fit the lights and it looked like it might go back in... however with it being carbon fibre I just didn't want to chance it. Also, I'm a little reluctant to grind anything off the light in case they have to go back. I apppreciate the heads up tho.

I'm running the same Dinan intake with a set of OE Bosch ellipsoids. The fit is tight, but it does go.

1) that's very expensive for a used CAI
2) you can put HID's in your stock headlights
3) ZKW/depo/bosch can all be made to fit. Its not pretty, but it works.

Finally someone who gets it (the price is steep for a used CAI). This guy told me to **** off on the bimmerforums cause i told him to lower his price. Then I proceeded by telling him to chill and to take the dinan intake out of his ass.

I see what you guys are saying, but in defense Dinan still sells that intake for $450 and it's not CF anymore.

that's true, but they're litterally all over bfc for 250-300 shipped. Just trying to help the guy make his sale.
