I've got a clean, low mileage 3.38 LSD from a '99 M3 Vert for sale. This is like the "holy grail" of E36 diffs, at least as far as stock ratios are concerned, and will be priced accordingly. Diffsonline.com currently has a used 3.38 LSD priced at $915 USD + shipping/brokerage/taxes. I'm pricing mine at $800 CDN FIRM. Any less than that, and it can sit on the shelf in my garage as a spare to the 3.38 currently in my car. Anyway, let me know...

BTW... Lowballers will be ignored. This diff is only getting more and more rare, and I'd be quite content to keep it. Pics will follow sometime in the next day or so.

Thanks Bro... They don't call this ratio the "poor man's supercharger" for nothing. The difference in acceleration is really remarkable...

One (3.38) just sold on Bimmerforums yesterday for $775 US. This one will likely be getting posted there this weekend, although I'd really prefer not to ship this lump.

FYI, the 3.38 is $915 (remanufactured) from diffsonline.com + shipping.

Not true^^^^ The 3.38 that Diffsonline is selling is a USED unit. It doesn't say anything at all about it being remanufactured/rebuilt... It states right at the top of the page that they are "used, but in good condition"

edit*** copy/pasted

"Occasionally, we obtain differentials that are in used, but good working condition that we offer for sale. Here you will find a complete listing of the used differentials that we have in current possession, and are ready for immediate shipping. "

So that's $915 for the diff, $95+++ for international shipping, + brokerage, + taxes, etc... = what? $1100 or so? Maybe I should raise my price?

I like to treat people the way I'd like to be treated. Karma or something along those lines... anyway, enjoy your new found acceleration my friend. See you when the weather warms up, and the meets start again...
