You're probably not too fimiliar with how expensive HRE rims really are.

ummmm i wouldn't called them scuffed up
one of them had a spot of rash and i removed most of it
it's hardly noticeable anymore (have to add new pics)

the lips are getting polished so they look almost new
they do have a few scratches, but that's normal once you mount and unmount them, nothing stays new forever

each rim is $1195 new + extra for the center caps
tires were $850

i'm willing to negotiate as well
