I am thinking of selling my Conforti CAI. It is in great shape, and I have the instructions as well as the oil for it.
I took the CAI trying to trouble shoot a engine prob I am having and can't be bothered to put it back in. That, and I think I prefer the no hassle OEM filter change as opposed to cleaning this filter... I guess I'm just lazy.
Here's a link to the product:

And the writeup:
E46 330i Conforti Cold-Air Intake Kit
Part #: JCINTAKEE46330i
Applications: 2001 - 2005 (E46)
This kit simply replaces the very restrictive factory air box with a free flowing, reusable ITG foam air filter and mandrel bent intake tube which provides smooth cool air flow to the engine. Unlike similar styled “cone filter” kits the Conforti intake features a custom molded heat shield. This shield provides protection from the engine's power-robbing hot air and is a perfect fit to your engine bay. The hood acts as the intake’s cover – completely sealing the filter off. Intake air is drawn in from the factory inlet between the radiator and the headlight. Metric hardware and rubber stripping is also included to give the kit a factory installed appearance. A 12-page instruction book with photos makes installation a breeze for weekend mechanics or professionals. No cutting or modifying of stock components is required. There is not a better Cold Air Intake Kit on the market. Why do we use an ITG Foam filter? Because it’s the best-performing and safest low-restriction performance air filter you can buy. Testing has shown these filters to remove all particles above 10 microns in size. The particles between 10 and 20 are most harmful to your engine. Compare this to cotton gauze, which cannot filter below 20 microns. The ITG has a much higher tolerance for dust penetration than other filters on the market, maintaining up to 80% of its flow capacity when dirty. Lower maintenance than other filters, it simply needs to be wiped off or the occasional wash.
One thing to note, this intake reuses the stock intake tube, there is not one provided.
Not certain, but I suspect this will fit most E46's. I would think the 330ci anyway.
Parts are in the garage, so I can take pics if required.
Asking $200 obo
Thanks
