Where/when/what is the cruise? --
The "cruise" is the largest convoy of BMW's you'll see (until next
year's event). The cruise is traditionally scheduled to begin 1 hour
before the gates open at the park. Every year the meeting location
changes. Paper maps of the cruise route will also be handed out at
the departure meet location.
How much does the Show & Shine cost? --
Due to the increased costs of running the show, competing in the
show & shine costs $20.00 CDN. Competitors will each receive a
"goodie bag" at the event. Spectators are always free..
Can I compete with my stock BMW? --
YES! Please come and enter your car in our Concourse class. If you
don't think you can compete against someone that invested $15,000 in
aftermarket upgrades (modified competition).... at least show us how
clean and immaculate your BMW is.... trophies and prizes awarded to
the cleanest BMWs.
I don't have a BMW, what can I do?
-- Come and join us for a great day walking around and sharing ideas
with other motorsport enthusiasts. Food and drinks are available,
check out the newest products available on the market from vendors
and get ideas from other car fanatics.
Can I bring my pets? -- Pets are
allowed as long as they are leashed and their waste is disposed of
properly. Please be aware of metal collars, chain leashes and sharp
nails on the show cars.
What if I'm late? -- We always
accept “sleepy-heads”... but don't expect to get that perfect
parking spot beside all the other respective BMW chassis models. If
you come too late, we may not have time to judge your car either.
Can I leave early? -- Not
competitors. Emergency circumstances are acceptable, but with good
reason. 4 hours is not that long to stick around. Spectators are
free to leave... in & out privilages are okay.
